OFFICIAL RULES
Winners will receive two nights’ accomadations to Charleston, SC during the month of September or October, at the discretion of HUNTER HOUSE AND GARDENS, LLC. Winners will be chosen at random from entries received. No purchase necessary to win. Accomadations will only be valid at HUNTER HOUSE AND GARDENS, LLC discretion. Sponsor’s inability to reach a winner or a winner’s failure to respond to notification may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the selection of a substitute winner from remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner has a finite timeframe to respond to email notifications.
Eligibility: Contest is open only to residents of the continental U.S. that are 18 years of age or older. Employees of HUNTER HOUSE AND GARDENS, LLC and all participating VENDORS, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Proof of identity must be furnished to Sponsors upon request. Prize will not be awarded to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners will be selected randomly from entries received.
Terms and Conditions: Winner must attend the event and will be notified by sponsor VIA EMAIL and winners must respond within the timeframe listed to claim their prize or another winner will be chosen. Winner must be 18 years of age or older and a US citizen in order to win. All prizes will be awarded at HUNTER HOUSE AND GARDENS, LLC on the day of the event. As a condition to entering the contest, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of Sponsor, any Contest judges designated by Sponsor and all applicable laws. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated end date and time, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize based upon the entries received before the stated end date and time. Participants agree to allow HUNTER HOUSE AND GARDENS, LLC to use personal information provided for purposes of future marketing. HUNTER HOUSE AND GARDENS, LLC will not sell or share participants’ personal information. Any and all taxes associated with prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All charges, fees and costs not specifically addressed herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Except where prohibited, by entering Contest, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Contest or your participation in Contest shall be governed and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of North Carolina without regard to any conflicts of law principles of any jurisdiction. General Release: By entering the Contest, entrants release Sponsor, and all of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and advertising agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize, or travel to or from any prize-related activity, including, but not limited to any personal injuries, death, damages, loss of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light.
